Refund by mail to our Returns Center

You have 14 days from the moment you receive your order to notify us and send your order back.

We will accept returns on any non-customizable item.

In the event that the product was damaged or lost in shipping, or there was an error made on our part, we will take care of you! We can offer quick replacements or a full refund in such cases.
