Our delivery times vary depending on the shipping method you choose. For standard shipping, which is free for all orders, it usually takes 3-4 business days for your order to arrive after it has shipped. We also offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee, which can arrive in 2-3 business days, or even overnight in some cases.
Please note that all orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification with tracking information when your order has shipped.

For expedited shipping options, the cost ranges from $30.00 to $60.00 depending on the order value. Please note that all orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide worldwide shipping at this time. We currently only ship to locations within the United States, with the exception of Hawaii and Alaska. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
At Blissful Signs, we have partnered with FedEx to handle the transportation of all orders. This allows us to ensure that your order is delivered safely and on time, no matter where you are located.
Our agreement with FedEx also provides you with the peace of mind that comes with using a reputable and reliable courier service. So, you can rest assured that your order is in good hands and will be delivered promptly and efficiently.
Orders will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer. Shipments to PO Boxes are not allowed. The customer agrees to provide an address where the order can be delivered within normal hours for the delivery of the goods. In case of breach of this obligation, SpeedyOrders LLC will not be held responsible for the delay or impossibility of delivering the requested order.
Blissful Signs will prepare shipments within a maximum of 48 hours from the day following confirmation of purchase. Once the order is delivered to the carrier's logistics operator, the delivery time will depend on the destination. In case of change of delivery time, this will be clearly indicated in the online store. As a general rule, orders will always be received within a maximum period of 5 business days within the Continental U.S.. May vary in case of force majeure
Yes. Once the purchase is made, you will receive an email confirming your shipment with the order details and a link to follow the entire process, from preparation to final delivery of the order.
Shipping costs include the specific insurance offered by the carrier. In the event of loss or damage, Buyer may be entitled to compensation. Such compensation will be subject to the corresponding request by the Buyer to SpeedyOrders and from Blissful Signs to the company responsible for the shipment and will take effect in the event of a response from that company assuming responsibility for the loss or deterioration and for the payment actually made to them as compensation pursuant to the conditions of the insurance included in your services.

Product
For all products, use a soft, non-abrasive cloth to wipe down the sign/frame and remove any dust or debris. For tougher stains, use a mild soap solution and a soft cloth to gently scrub the surface. Avoid exposing the product to extreme temperatures or prolonged sunlight. When not in use, store in a cool, dry place.

Returns
The goal of SpeedyOrders online store is for its customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. However, if for any reason you wish to return your order, you may do so as long as you comply with the return conditions.

The return must occur during the month following the purchase confirmation date.
All items to be returned must be in the same condition in which they were delivered, with the original packaging and labels.
Returns of articles that have been modified will not be accepted. Returns will only be accepted on items that are in their original packaging and have not been opened, tested or manipulated.
In cases where all the return conditions are not met, Blissful Signs will not be able to accept the return and will inform the customer by email. Blissful Signs reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent after the deadline or items that are not in the same condition in which they were delivered.
